Connecting with a compassionate, empathic and experienced therapist in a safe space can facilitate extraordinary positive change within a short space of time.

I would like to welcome you and/or your child or loved one into that safe space.

It takes courage to acknowledge when you need support, and to take the first steps to helping yourself.

Many adults choose to work with me because they are experiencing overwhelming emotions that are impacting on their sense of self, their relationships, their work, and their ability to move forward in their lives.

Many parents ask me to work with their child because they are presenting with challenging behaviours or they appear unhappy or anxious. In my experience, it is when we work holistically, with the input of parents and teachers, that we can facilitate the most successful outcome.

My aim is to empower you to better manage distressing emotions and behaviours.

My aim is to develop resilience.

My aim is to support you to accept your whole self with compassion and without judgment.

"The practice of Mindfulness potentiates our ability to focus on our thoughts and feelings with compassionate curiosity. It enables us to embrace more fully our authentic self, the beautiful, the compelling, the boring, and the unpleasant, with equal interest."
